Blacks and Whites' Carnival (Spanish: Carnaval de Negros y Blancos) is a Carnival, including a parade, in southern Colombia established in 1546. Although originating in the city of Pasto, it has been adopted by other municipalities in Nariño and southwestern Colombia. On 30 September 2009, UNESCO named this Carnival among the Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
