Counter-Admiral Jacques Félix Emmanuel Hamelin (French pronunciation: [ʒak feliks emanɥɛl amlɛ̃]; 13 October 1768 – 23 April 1839) was a French Navy officer and explorer. He fought in numerous naval engagements during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars and conducted several exploratory voyages in the Indian Ocean and Southern Ocean. He has his name inscribed on the Arc de Triomphe.
