Dardanus Sulcus

Dardanus Sulcus
Dardanus Sulcus

Dardanus Sulcus is a prominent grooved terrain on Jupiter's moon Ganymede. It is a deformed trough that runs for approximately 1,500 kilometres (930 mi) across the moon's surface from north to south. Its surface is thought to be younger than the darker materials found in the regions that surround it.
