George Kenneth Lucey Jr. (born November 13, 1937) was a Branch Chief at the U.S. Army Harry Diamond Laboratories who also served the U.S. Army Materiel Command as the Manufacturing Technology (ManTech) Thrust Area Manager for Soldering Technology.
