The house is located at 22 Parkside, Wimbledon, south-west London, near Wimbledon Common. Since 22 February 2013, it has been a Grade II* listed building. In 2015 the building was renovated and donated to the Harvard Graduate School of Design, after Richard Rogers failed to sell the building.
